People's weight and well-being increases if they stand wide-legged with their elbows out from the sides and elbows in the side like a superhero or if they crouch together. Winners in wrestling and rock stars often stretch their hands diagonally upwards in each direction and often their legs to the sides as well. Behavioral studies show that such poses increase the weight hormone testosterone and decrease the stress hormone cortisol. You become both more confident and relaxed.
Squatting and huddling reduces testosterone and increases cortisol.
Try a power pose for two minutes every morning or before but not during an important moment in your life, and you can achieve more success and well-being in your life.
