Wage subsidy employment is very good. They help the employer financially to provide employment that is adapted to the disabilities a vulnerable person may have. However, in today's short-term employment society, they are designed so that they can be difficult for recurring periods to live on during the initial internship.
Every wage subsidy employment must begin with an internship to investigate the work ability at the individual workplace. In today's society with short-term employment, this can lead to many internship periods with low remuneration (same as the unemployment insurance fund) being stacked on top of each other, which also lowers the future pension. Therefore, my proposal is that as an intern of the Employment Agency, you get paid what you had at your last job.
