Keep the retirement age or lower it!

It is unreasonable to raise the retirement age as advocated by the government's long-term investigation. Many professions such as construction workers or teachers are too demanding to work in after the age of 65. In addition, the retirement age is already high in Sweden. The problem of too few people working in the future when more people are getting older can instead be solved through increased labor immigration. If the retirement age is still raised, it must be ensured that the work can be adapted for those who are getting older and do not have the same stamina. These may well then be given the role of mentors for the younger ones or some other less burdensome work task.
