In recent years there is fourth rent kroner profit for the private landlords. In the Center Party's world, however, construction companies earn too little. They also don't want those cumbersome noise level regulations. The beach protection is mostly in the way. Annie Lööf, and others, publish the text in Aftonbladet:
"The range of rental properties is not enough today. This is mainly due to the fact that the driving forces for construction companies to build rental properties in particular are too bad. We want to review how the rent setting can be reformed so that the rents are more market-oriented. ///
We want to see a simplified beach protection that takes as its starting point how we can build attractively in areas/…
We want to see increased guideline values for noise so that surfaces even in somewhat noisier environments can be used for housing/…/"
So, in order to sum it all up: The Center Party calls itself social liberal but wants higher rents. The Center Party calls itself social liberal but wants to build in noisier environments. The center party calls itself environmentalists but wants to limit beach protection. It is a false declaration of goods. The Center Party is a neoliberal party that believes in the rights of the strong. Nothing else.
