Face the facts! There is not a job for everyone. We have a constantly ongoing automation, streamlining and globalization which means that fewer and fewer workers and white-collar workers are needed. Then the social security fund must be high and without an outer limit, unless the person who is involuntarily without a job is to starve to death. In addition, we now have recurring recessions which make it even more difficult to find a job before you are phased out of the insurance.
