It can be fun to go fully into the work. To let oneself be swallowed by a flow. But still, hard work for hard work's sake is pointless. The goal of all work must be to make life freer and easier for everyone in the future. It is a noble goal that many people should be able to sign up to. So one could create a world where the strong worked to make life easier and freer for those who want to but cannot work.
