At work, the ideas that are for or lead to efficiency should be encouraged. Efficiency is not productivity. High productivity is about constantly doing everything as much as possible, as often as possible and as quickly as possible. Efficiency is about trying to achieve preferably lasting results with as little effort as possible. Efficiency is about working smartly and humanely to achieve the workplace's goals without breaking the staff.
