We need a decent employment policy. It is not enough for a civilized society to achieve full employment by forcing people to take any crap jobs. Shit jobs must be reformed so they don't remain shit jobs. In addition, a good employment policy must take into account education and, to a certain extent, interest. Work occupies such a large part of a person's life that society must make an effort to ensure that work is also meaningful.
