Cecilia Magnusson, Member of Parliament (M), want to make deductions for their "voter contacts". But the Swedish Tax Agency gives a cold hand:
"Some part seems to constitute personal hospitality towards voter contacts and some part seems to refer to a natural part of your parliamentary work"
Cecilia is not happy with the Swedish Tax Agency's perfectly reasonable objection:
"- Since I am in the middle of a fiery election campaign, I have no opportunity to appeal this. I think it could have been interpreted differently, says Cecilia Magnusson."
Instead of making deductions we suggest that Cecilia does as serious party representatives do. Talking to voters. About politics. Not offering food. It can affect the impression you give... Politics or coffee rope, you could say.
