The moderates' tax cuts is still unfunded. De erodes the base of welfare and necessary community investments.
We Social Democrats want to see a stronger society – a safer Sweden. That is why we are now implementing the largest security program in modern times . The tax cuts of the Moderates and the Sweden Democrats stand against our welfare ambitions.
Today, the Moderates presented their election manifesto, which offered no news.
That Ulf Kristersson says that he intends to vote Stefan Löfven out of government power at all costs means that M is dependent on SD's active support.
Therefore, Stefan Löfven will be the only candidate for prime minister who guarantees that the Sweden Democrats will not gain influence in Swedish politics.
So far, the Moderates have presented tax cuts of 60 billion, but the election manifesto gave no answers as to how they will be financed. However, they support continued profiteering in welfare . The Moderates also do not support the Social Democrats' proposal to increase pensions for ordinary people by 600 kronor a month.
This election is a referendum on welfare . For us Social Democrats, more nurses, teachers and police officers and secure pensions come before big tax cuts.
The moderates' election manifesto:
- lacks ambitions in the field of welfare
- reports no funding for its large tax cuts of 60 billion
- clarifies that the Moderates want to cooperate with the Sweden Democrats and depose Stefan Löfven
- does not guarantee a secure pension for our elderly.
M already wants:
- largely abolish the turn-taking rules in the Employment Protection Act. As soon as you get tired and worn out, you will sit loose at work
- take the first steps towards market rents which mean that rents even in low-income areas can rise by 2-3000 a month
- lower wages for new arrivals and the youth unemployed. This risks giving these starvation wages and making established workers unattractive to employers. It will thus lower wages for everyone.
Only 22 days remain until the election, and more and more party friends are now choosing to get involved in different ways. Do you also want to join in? Donate a contribution for a stronger election campaign, or sign up to make an effort yourself!
