Increased social security would reduce unemployment according to a professor of economics

According to Lars Calmfors, professor of national economics, reduced contributions to the social security fund, raised ceilings in the social security fund, more money for the municipalities and other forms of a more expansive fiscal policy would reduce unemployment.
