There is no state of equilibrium in the relations between labor and capital. Especially if the workers don't fight back, capital always wants more. Therefore, it is up to the workers and civil servants to unite in trade unions and political parties so that we can force the employers to give us reasonable working conditions and good social insurance. As stated earlier in this blog, a generous social insurance system also benefits the workers because it is part of the fight for fair working conditions. And who, by the way, can count on keeping their job for the rest of their lives or never getting sick?
However, the workers must also be on their guard against the trade unions and the political parties. These work closely with the employers and often develop an understanding of the latter's requirements far too easily. So push the unions and the parties to fight for good conditions for the people!
