Sometimes it is easy to think that only physically active people work hard. But civil servants and academics also work hard. Teachers are exposed to an incredible amount of work pressure. No one should have to work too hard. Everyone should have the right to a reasonably strenuous job that allows the company to go around or the authority to achieve its goals, while at the same time leaving the employees energy for leisure time.
