The human being must be the goal of society and not the means of the companies and the tax authorities. It must be the red vision. When man is a means, he has to a great extent to perform perfectly at work. If she is the target, then the job is for her to get meaningful and self-developing employment while contributing to her own and the country's livelihood. If man is a means, he must have as low a salary as possible in order for the capital to accumulate for the owners. If man is a means, then he must be forced into employment conditions that are often disadvantageous to him. If she is a target, a social insurance system must ensure that she can press for favorable working and wage conditions from the employer.
Basically, it all boils down to the following: Should the problem statement read: Is the subject right against the state and capital? Or does society do justice to the individual?
