A policy of class divisions began in Sweden in 1991. It has continued ever since with much renewed vigor from 2006. It is the one that fed and feeds the xenophobic forces in Sweden. With the December 2014 agreement, Sweden has been given the chance to pursue a policy of general welfare and high, humane employment to curb intolerance. Hope the politicians take the chance.
