55 billion is spent by the government on ineffective wage subsidies for companies. The government is driven by the blind belief that new jobs must come in the private sector. But the public sector is also needed for companies to function. The same money could have created at least 160 jobs in the public sector. Neither had any then wage subsidies distorted competition so that only subsidized companies could survive. Read more here!
