If an organization treats its employees well, job satisfaction, creativity and well-being increase. Which gives better results. In the long run, it pays to give employees freedom with responsibility. That is the humane way forward.
Short-termism and greed instead create stress, mental illness and a poor work environment. However, entrepreneurs and organizations that understand how to invest in their people face a bright future.
A good way to improve the work environment and wages for everyone is to expand the public sector to 1991 levels before the Bildt government made cuts. This is needed to reduce unemployment. The right instead wants an equilibrium unemployment rate, not only to curb inflation but to incite and pressure those who currently have a job.
We also need permanent full-time employment as the norm instead of precarious employment forms.
