Sweden is one rich country with great opportunities. Unlike, for example, Great Britain, we have a fair proportional electoral system. We also have free education and subsidized healthcare. But we also have problems. The housing shortage is acute in large parts of the country. Too few rental properties are built and those that are built have too high a rent. Healthcare needs more staff and the employees on the floor need higher wages.
Our red-green politicians do what they can. At the same time, there is a problematic culture in the parties in Sweden. It is more important to be in daily contact with the voters than to see to their needs. It is more important to respond quickly on Facebook or Twitter than to push through, for example, subsidies for the construction of rental properties. The voters need a change. Voters need more welfare and less daily contact with politicians. More workshop and less talk, in other words. An inferior policy should not be sold with relationship marketing, taken from the business world. That type of marketing is based on the seller (politician) becoming a true friend. Then the customer (voter) is ready to buy inferior products. Furthermore, by inciting the politicians to be in contact with the voters, there is no room for deepening in relation to the needs of the voters.
