There must be tolerance because we have different strengths in a workplace. Some are good at searching for information and producing, while others have a great general education. Some are handy, while others have a good spirit of service. In most cases, the person who is weak in one area has a strength in another. In other cases, someone is weaker in most things, but may still be able to do the work if you consider the person a little tolerant. It is better that someone who is a little weaker can keep the job than that he ends up in an exclusion that is painful for the individual and expensive for society.
Every individual has something to contribute. Not taking advantage of it is "throwing the money down the drain".
