A new strategy is needed for the Social Democrats. We need to create good jobs at all levels for everyone. We must stop the price of gasoline from reaching ever-escalating heights. We must offer everyone good social security and pensions. We have to regulate social security and pensions by price and wage indices. We must eliminate the lack of good, cheap and beautiful rental properties. The lack of rental properties is the biggest factor behind the rampant private loans that in its
luck increases the risk of financial crisis. We must roll back much of the privatization that prioritized profit over welfare. We must save the environment, public health and competitiveness. These are Red Justice's ideas for a new strategy for the Social Democrats for the 2026 election.
To create good, competitive jobs at all levels for everyone
- we should expand the public sector to reduce unemployment. many unemployed voices of discontent.
- we must increase the opportunities for everyone to get the work for which they are most competent. It is a waste to over-educate people unnecessarily. It is also difficult from the individual's perspective for a person to work well and create satisfaction at work if work is something that is against their competence
- we must have a new strategy for the Social Democrats with full-time and part-time labor market training. Part-time sick people must also be given the chance to become competent for today's labor market
- we must have labor market training for both highly qualified and simple jobs if we are to eliminate the job matching shortage
- the pace and demands for constant productivity must be reduced in workplaces. my experience is that people have a hard time with progressive values when they work unreasonably hard. in addition, with all the hard work, we run the risk of burning out or giving people other injuries from working life in case of too hard work, which reduces Sweden's productivity
- we have to ensure that those who are not so high performing and/or functionally diverse also get the jobs they are competent for. today's society is quite fair to everyone who works the hardest. But is this really a social realist society? less strong people must also be able to reach their goals. many dissatisfaction voters are surely those who have lost their life's career and maybe they don't deserve their loss?
- in order for disabled people to get work, the wage subsidy must also be attractive to employers with employees with high salaries. A new strategy is needed for the Social Democrats.
- in order for disabled people to get work, the public sector must set a good example and let the job seeker choose the employment level when they advertise a position
- we need to have subsidized employment with good conditions to give young adults, long-term unemployed, functionally varied, immigrants but not least newly educated with a recent high school diploma, KY or university degree the necessary work experience
Gasoline prices must not skyrocket
- when the petrol price rises above 18 kroner due to all the taxes, I think we will scare away many car addicts to the right. we get to save the climate with research into alternative engines and energy sources rather than the drastically increasing petrol tax introduced by today's government
Good pensions and retirement age at 65
- good pension from the age of 65 even for low-income earners is a vote-winning issue
- it is unnecessary to raise the retirement age as long as we have unemployed people aged 18-65. then I only think that it is people who have had very comfortable occupations with high wages who can bear to work after the age of 65. let people rest after they toil and struggle between the ages of 18-65. a lot of research shows that we are becoming more efficient all the time, which is why all the labor is not needed.
- we must improve the pension system for everyone who has been on a low income or involuntarily unemployed/sick
Minimize social unrest and crime
How are wealth and housing created?
- we have to realize that money is just pieces of paper and digital numbers and it is not wealth to save it in order not to use society's resources in a way that respects nature, equality and people. Poverty is partly unnecessary underproduction. Poverty is also damaging nature, increasing gaps and making people sick from stress, worry or physical work injuries. Read more at www.positivapengar.se
- we need to build more cheap ones rental properties which are beautiful, preferably classically beautiful, the lack of cheap rental properties prevents people from moving to work and increases the leverage in society, which increases the risk of new financial crises. Such tenancies require government building subsidies.
- we must invest more in technical and pharmaceutical development to assert ourselves in international competition, get more qualified jobs and to create solutions that save the environment, the climate and nature
- does not introduce market rents in any way. this leads to reduced public health, overcrowding, reduced purchasing power, poorer academic results for working children and homelessness
- good social insurance and benefits stabilize the purchasing power and the employment rate on the labor market in a recession and give sick people the strength to get healthy and jobseekers strength and conditions to look for work
- to cope in the international competition and to respect refugee rights, we need refugees. but then we need to integrate these into work with better SFI with more resources and labor market training as well as apprenticeships with government subsidies to give the refugees the necessary work experience.
- we need to cut down on labor immigration to everything that unions and employers together do not consider to be a shortage
Roll back the privatizations
- in healthcare, privatization often leads to profit being prioritized over the users' needs, such as getting healthy, especially if they are seriously ill, in elderly care, profit is prioritized over providing good elderly care, and in schools, profit is prioritized over a good and equivalent/equalizing education, especially for students with greatest need
- the satisfaction ratings in the independent schools and the impoverishment of municipal schools threaten Sweden's knowledge-dependent international competitiveness in the long term
- nationalize preferably the municipal schools so that all schools have the same conditions throughout the country
Effective climate solutions
- green hydrogen can solve many of the environmental problems
- comfortable and efficient climate solutions are usually possible
Right requirements. But if it turns out that S does not want to do any of this, but still prioritizes "saving in the barns" and "paying off the national debt"? And if it turns out that the focus on winning over the affluent middle class still remains?
What are you doing?
Other parties can implement my proposal then?
