The sick leave rate is increasing again. The most common cause is prolonged stress.
Since the 1990s cutbacks in public and private activities, fewer employees are expected to do more. Constant reorganizations are another contributing factor. At the same time, we are increasingly connected and available. Stress researcher Aleksander Perski is interviewed in the week's business:
""There has been a big change in recent years. Constant connectivity means that it is now possible to work around the clock"/…/A strong underlying reason for the stress is that "Jobbs Sweden" has never recovered from the economic crisis of the 90s. 400 people lost their jobs in the public sector, while 000 full-year wages in the private sector disappeared in 150-000.”
It is further stated in the article that the profit is greater when the staff is satisfied and happy. But the trend is the opposite. Personnel who cannot cope with the high pace or are flexible enough are phased out through various severance packages.
This is how we can don't have it. It hurts individuals and it hurts the country's economy. We all contribute to and finance the costs of sick leave, private individuals as well as small business owners and large business owners. In a good society, we take care of each other. In a good society, everyone is given good conditions and treated well.
"The pace is increased at the machines, here you drill the elite
The production has no room for it
Which has become too badly worn....”
... As soon as you, without trying to regulate, leave it to international and national competition to set the benchmark for the pace (in the public sector too!), of course it ends up like this. If you forget what Marx says, yes, then he is right about how bad things will be in the end. No surprises. :/
So true.
So yes. Of course, the soss have to smarten up and find their way back to their heritage. How long the hell is it going to take them? Or before someone gets tired and replaces them as a social democratic party?
Just like that.
