
During the years 2002-2012 so Sweden lowered taxes the second most in the entire EU. Sweden is now in fourth place. The total tax collection amounts to 44,2% of GDP. France — one of the largest economies in the Union — has a tax rate of 48% of GDP.
The general tendency in the member states is that the tax level is raised. In Sweden, it is lowered. So we have also had increasingly large tears in the social safety nets. How many new job tax credits will the Alliance implement if they are given renewed confidence?
