I'm trying to learn to set limits on my responsibility to the world. Many red-green debaters shout loudly about how we as individuals must do so much to stop the right-wing and intolerance and save the climate. The right comes with calls to buy, stressful social media, stress that we should do the little extra at work when we barely have our heads above water as it is.
I just want to say that you are OK the way you are. It helps enormously if we vote red-green and talk a little about politics with those we meet.
But you have the right to be an ordinary person who gets by as best you can.
If you want to enjoy yourself, you have the right to.
A little exercise makes us able to enjoy life more, but two or three times a week is more than enough. Sometimes it helps to know that most people suffer from the life of an ordinary worker as well as a rich millionaire. Then you can better enjoy a coffee with a good friend for the weekend or with a good book or nothing at all more than just the sun.
Let's be kind to each other!
