But what is our true will? Sometimes you think about different ideas you have in your head. Perhaps the pleasant thought or interpretation is your true will? Because the brain often finds ways to trick itself into negativity. But think of yourself and others with compassion, and it will be easier to choose the positive. Then you can't always be good, happy and useful. But then the truth might be to think positively about yourself anyway and give yourself an A for trying. Because next time it will probably go better, you'll see.
Think kindly of us all
Because no one is just their best or worst moments. In reality, we are a whole that is usually nice. Because each of us does the best we can, usually with good intentions. Then we live in an unequal and stressful society, which creates that for most of us.
If you think that you and others' true will is to do the best you can with one complex and imperfect brain in a for unequal and stressful society, then it will be easier for you to feel compassion and confidence in yourself, those you meet, the world and life. Because what causes the brain to choose wrongly is usually unnecessary self-criticism, criticism from others and stress. But if you choose to trust yourself and others, the likelihood of all of you doing better increases. For those who give themselves and others security and trust often get the same in return.
Then you will learn to make it easier to be good, happy and useful. Then it's okay to make mistakes sometimes and to get back up to do better next time. And if you're wondering if you're good enough, you probably are.
