Many of us work for a better society: in unions, in parties and in interest organizations. Maybe we have a discussion with a coworker? Maybe we are at a local meeting? Sometimes it can still feel like our efforts are not enough. Then it is important to remember that our collective efforts produce good results. As pointed out in the latest Star Wars film: we are deceived into believing that we stand alone. In addition, the media tries to blame individuals when in fact it is about structures.
