Despite a troubled world with trade wars and political unrest and because of/despite many refugees, the Swedish economy is going beyond expectations even during the red-green government's last time in power. Maybe redistribution and reasonably high taxes work to boost the economy as many economists say?

Citizens' frontal attack on welfare, election 2018
Most Swedes, like their ancestors in the early 1900th century, had been staters (historically exploited underpaid agricultural workers), maids or proletarians (heavily exploited workers in industry with wages that just barely cover survival) without the #socialdemocrats during the 1900th century. Now the Moderates under Ulf Kristersson and several bourgeois parties are launching a frontal attack against welfare again.
